determination that the accident of sex does not determine capability.
Undercurrent of the larger suffragist movement. In fact, the 'accident' of sex does in many cases determine capability, and this is by design. Besides the obvious (and unavoidable) case of baby-making, there is the issue of size, weight, and strength (imperative to win a war), and the logic, as stated by Ms. Erder, that must necessarily override the 'intuition' in certain instances which accounts for wrong decisions (cf Adam and Eve, wherein the serpent took advantage of Eve's 'intuition' to deceive her, as opposed to tempting Adam, whom the Bible says was not deceived by the serpent).
