Although I was aware of the horrible treatment of the Native Americans by “new” Americans, this book made it painfully clear to me in areas I was not aware. What an arrogant race (I am aware that this does not apply to all of the white people…particularly now thanks to books like this). Another form of ethnic cleansing. This book was tragically beautiful!
