"You know, reading this really just confirms my opinion that C. S. Lewis wasn’t arguing with any real pacifists in “Why I Am Not a Pacifist.” I was always like, “…No Mennonites that I know are THIS kind of pacifist” (I know a lot of Mennonites), and Bonhoeffer’s argument here, much closer in time to what Lewis might be replying to, also isn’t really addressed."
