No one should have to live the way Billy has. His crazy brother hates gays and when he sees Billy kissing Rourke, he beats his m with a whip. Once Rourke sees that Billy has feelings for him, he is going to do everything in his powers to keep his baby safe. Even if it's Billy's brother that tried to killed Rourke's brother and husband.

This story just went off the rails. Just got ridiculous.

So it's easier to save a guy when he's away and getting beaten than to actually speak when you're able to spare him of the beating? Ridiculous.

3.5 stars, not as good as the first book, but still enjoyable.
