structure the budget around the discipleship journey. Where are the holes? What are we missing? Excited to lead through this! Continue bridging the Wednesday—Sunday gap. Continue overlapping discipleship with serving. Continue enforcing the commit step of someone making themselves known!

theological alignment feeds philosophical alignment. Implement the journey from old to young! Keep establishing theological alignment so that we can have philosophical alignment 💪

Mostly brainstorming environments for those new to church…excited to see what comes of it! The main thing is we have to be aligned around the journey. We need unity because it reflects God’s heart and is attractive to people!

Relationships are the bridge in someone else's discipleship journey! I love that we've built a bridge for people to move through the journey with our welcome team idea. Christopher is brilliant.

As leaders, we’re to partner with God in His transformation process. Attach one program to each step. This is gonna be tough lol but fun!! Focus is 1,000 “no’s”
