Discipleship isn’t the end…the end is walking with insiders to invite outsiders to be insiders

We’ve already beat the gates of hell…so much do we want to run up the score?! 🔥

Love the direction of overlapping each step going into the fall. It’s time for those plugged into discipleship to serve!!

- Clarity and simplicity are GREAT friends!

- Lean-into empowering leaders to follow-up with people to encourage them to MOVE from “come and see” to “follow Me” to “engage with Me.”

There’s a strong relationship between simplicity and effectiveness. Gotta do what only I can do so we can bring alignment to all that we do!

As a leader, I am a designer, not a programmer. Keep things SIMPLE and FOCUSED around the discipleship journey!

Numbers tell part of the story. Review them regularly but ask questions that dive deep into what the numbers are telling us! Are we growing in the discipleship journey in proportion to attendance?

We’re here to help people take their next steps! Not only help them sit in a chair for an hour on Sundays.

Cast all vision and connect all activities to the Discipleship journey!

Jesus came to make the complex simple! Adamantly oppose anything that keeps people from encountering Jesus. Be adamantly persistent about anything that does.

The reason why two become one is to reflect the image of God we were originally created to reflect! To fear God means to be controlled and overwhelmed by Him. I’m called to maintain unity with Cait by being overwhelmed and controlled by Jesus so that I live a life of elevating her needs over my wants and serving her. Just like God, Jesus, and Holy Spirit maintain unity in the trinity by serving each other!

Jesus is the Master of simple. He condensed 613 complex laws down into one statement! Why? Because He knew people crave simplicity.

In a world where complexity is the norm, the church can be a relief by offering a simple (though not easy) path for following Jesus. Let’s partner with Him in that!!!
