Started reading this and it is interesting so far, but automatic bottom rating for its repeated use of the extremely out dated term “epileptics” — all the other patients were “people with (disorder)”. Things like that are why there’s still written legislation in developed countries specifically targeting “”epileptics””. Do better.

Sea squirts eat their own brains into adulthood and some animals have magnetite in their cytoplasm to detect and navigate Earth's magnetic field. 🤯

The chapters on motor systems felt pretty convoluted (I.e. it wasn’t really clear why information was presented when it was presented) and lacking of details. Figures in this For Dummies book are disappointing.
