Huh. Yep we really did that. Good thing her magic did everything for her. And then explained everything via… memory uploads? What? The pacing was so off. But I liked the LI.

Is there a sequel? Are we really winning over our allies then facing and defeating the big bad in the last three percent? She doesn’t even know how to activate her powers or whatever she needs to do???

Library audiobook. The pacing has been so very gentle and slow as we live out our lives at the seaside and now suddenly the Plot has arrived, phew.

This is delightful so far.

So far, no plot. Incredibly slow and boring. I don’t know what’s the genre. Definitely no fantasy and no romance, just two people in a cottage, and she’s sick…nothing else.
