And we’re back to characters actually named “Bandit Minion 1” through “Bandit Minion 9”. I’m starting to think neither author even read the AI-generated rewrite of the original screenplay-formatted piece, nor listened to the virtual-voiced audiobook before publishing them.

Taidana speaks in a lazy tone. I know this because every single time she does anything, it begins with, "Taidana, in her usual lazy tone, ..." or slight variations. In fairness this applies to all characters; they each have one characteristic, and this is provided to describe their tone, every single time they do anything. Whether it's lazy, a greedy tone laced with hunger, or a "self-spoken tone," whatever that is.

I don’t know how many more times I can stand to hear “self-spoken tone,” as in, “He said in a self-spoken tone.” WHAT IS A SELF-SPOKEN TONE?

This virtual voice narration is something else. Like, it reads all the words, no matter what they are. So if you named a bunch of characters "Onimon minion ninja 1" and "Onimon minion ninja 2 through 5" and never changed them, that's what it actually says! "Onimon minion ninja 2 did so-and-so. Onimon minion ninja 3 retorted, ". . ."" and so forth. Wild.

I have never read something like this. I'm trying to figure it out. It's a rough draft, I think. Grammar errors and strange use of punctuation and abbreviations. There is not really dialogue. It is almost like a D&D campaign dictated and shared.
