Status Updates From Tiny Shivers

Damned - 5 sentences long. At this point in time it doesn’t matter if I know what’s going on or not, because everything is way too short to bother with caring. There are only 3 memorable stories after 90 pages and 45 stories.

Sibling soup - 8 freaking sentences long! WTF! Why even call these stories at all?

Mangled graveyard - Finally a good short story that was fine being a page in length!

3.5 - Reality - Schizophrenic since childhood? In college she buys a purple and green pendulum to ask if things were real or not. It said that her roommate was not who they claimed to be. An alien? Did she die after discovering the truth? At least this was about 5 pages long.

Night light - school poem? Not even half a page long.

1.75 stars - neighbors - woman doesn’t know that she lives in a cryptid neighborhood. Again - just a note for the actual story & not a what I would call a story.

2 stars- routine repairs - astronaut vs tentacle monster. Several of these feel like notes for an actual story.

2 star - under the bed - did the boy become a crayon? This was 2 short paragraphs long.

1 star - The old woman - the spirit can roam outside of the body for periods of time, but is trapped by the original owner’s spite to this body. A page and half story. What was the point??????????

I went into this blind. I didn’t realize that it was short stories. I might have to reread the first two, because I was confused as to what was going on.

3rd story: 3.75: 4 people are going to LARP as 1930s cult investigators looking for a 5th person. MC makes the Necromicon, and blacks out while adding a monster pg in her blood. It was a hoax to call the monsters. Everyone dies.
