Okay so I picked up this book bc i just feel a little connection with deer idk?? But turns out the author lives in VA and the book mentions places I know well. So to me it makes sense that the deer here would inspire someone to write a book. Bc there really is just something special about them.

Almost done. I’ve enjoyed this book. She put the good stuff right at the end. It’s sort of a collection of different ruminations about deer: their history, biology, symbology, as food, etc.
