Status Updates From Breaking Through Depression...

Had to return. Lots of good info, just slow going. I really want to finish this book and have all this info at my disposal.

Unfortunately, reading this is making me more depressed and resentful that people who should have helped me never did, and increasing my resentment towards Nick even more than usual.

Seems like this will be a great book. The introduction talks about the physical component of depression, how neurodegeneration can occur in important areas of the brain, and how depression prevents new neurogenesis. Fascinating! Definitely want to read.
