I so wanted to like this. Don’t feel I’m getting much from this book.
Going to put a hold on an audio to listen like a podcast - I feel that might translate better.
Their excellent humour and chemistry isn’t working in the written word for me and I’m finding it more like a guide to handling a pet.
2* currently.
Hope the audio redeems it.

I’m finding the tone of this quite patronising and infantilising. There’s funny bits but it’s frustrating.

Found this for £1 in a charity shop, and as a AuDHD person, having watched lots of @ADHD_love videos I thought it might be worth a punt as a short-ish read.
It’s a very casual style, with a lot of lived experience, only some of which I relate to.
