Status Updates From A Bittersweet Season: Carin...

This morning I searched for the author's page on FB with hopes of learning about a new edition of this book. It hurt to discover Jane passed away four years ago.

I'm taking forever to finish. It's such a good book: well written and full of eye opening scenarios, sage advice, and very real parent-child and sibling-sibling challenges. It's caused me to commit the unforgivable sin of dog earing the hell out of my library copy. So many nuggets. My parents and inlaws are gone, but I really want to think through some hard stuff before it's my turn to be the parent who needs care.

Such good information, and so hard to read knowing that I'm now the one in the "aging parent" role.
