Status Updates From Zach's Secret

I kept losing interest in this book. It seemed like the author was writing about college students without ever having attended a college. It just didn't "feel" like any college I've ever heard about. DNF

I feel kind of sad! This had so much potential... but where are the feels?????

How can a first person narrative not be emotional at all? This is more like a bland telling of events that happened.
This is high school! There is bullying, there is a first boyfriend, there is friends betraying him. Come on, feel something for gods sake!

Such a poor choice for narrator. This is a high school romance told in the first person. You need a young voice, bot someone who sounds like he's 40+
