Status Updates From Resurrection Man

Never thought I’d see the day that there would be a novel that relates to John Crowley’s Little, Big the same way Le Guin’s Earthsea relates to
Lord of the Rings. By this I mean that Stewart is clearly taking his cues from Crowley while still finding a way to be his own self. Do it’s not feeble immigration (eg. Sword of Shannara), but agonistic influence, as Harold Bloom would call it.

I have to say, this is turning out to be a decent fun read. It has a very intriguing plot that keeps me wanting to read.

This book is interesting a little different from the norm that I have come across. It is holding my attention so far. My only complaint is that it is written a bit young adult. (which is just not a genre of book that I enjoy that much)
