This is getting very intriguing!

Hm, I'm not sure how this one will end up yet! Lots of legal technical stuff, but I like that.

It took a little bit to get into, but then it picked up. This reminds me why I never wanted to work for a law firm.

This has gotten absolutely painful, with endless details that don't matter to the reader, unbelievable situations and reactions from the main characters, and a time line that is totally unrealistic.

This is really bad. I would love to know what happens in the end but in the meantime the writing is taking on all the groan-worthy characteristics of a pulp fiction romance novel.

Aha! Now that I see a trap being set for the young female attorney, the Nana in me is silently yelling "watch out!" This may turn out to be a formulaic semi-thriller, but I've got my eye on the bad guy from the get-go. At least I think I do!

The first few pages were tempting; but now I'm faced with the confusing chitchat of multiple phone calls, long before the characters have really established themselves in the readers' mind. Looks like I'll wind up rereading this part after the author has introduced me to who's who so I can figure out what it all means.
