Status Updates From Waltz with a Stranger

It is sllllooooowwwwww. The language is stilted. There is no emotion from anyone so far. I know what the plot is going to be so it isn't holding my interest as others do. But, the next book sounds more interesting so I feel like I should hang in there.

We've made it to Cornwall *hearteyes*, with a new mystery plot! Well, not "new" so much as fleshing out the circumstances from which the obvious villain died 300 pages ago, haha. The romance is very restrained - 300 pages in and the H/h haven't even kissed yet - and that is wearing my patience just a little. I'm not sure how it will wrap up satisfyingly with only 120 pages to go...

Still delightful, and taking on epic proportions. I think the multiple plotlines are necessary for intrigue, considering the obvious villain died about 20 pages in, before the story actually began. So the conflict has to arise from natural circumstances. An interesting route; let's see if it holds up.

Utterly delightful so far! The beginning was a bit abrupt, and there is a huge cast of characters to keep up with, not to mention all these dangling plotlines, but now that I'm in the meat of the story I'm utterly charmed. Plus there is the promise of Cornwall in the future, and as we all know, Cornwall is my jam, LOL!

Really tired of these 2 'forcing' their feelings down. Just...stop.

Well....damn. :( I want to curl into a ball now.

They have nothing in common and still are going through with the engagement. lol

Past the halfway mark and still...nothing. *sigh*

Getting really annoyed with how slow this is going. The romantic arcs for both sisters are a *little* too subtle for me. Not enough.

Really have no patience to see the heroine play second fiddle to her golden perfect twin sister. Oy. This is going to be a loooooooong one.
