Status Updates From Cutting-Edge Cycling

A thing I don't like is the book including at the end of each chapter a section called 'Applying the Science' which serves as a resume of the chapter and in my opinion shouldn't exist as it often doesn't contain the most important information discussed along the chapter.

At the moment, I reading through chapter 3 and has been very helpful and satistying to learn new stuff about a sport you like. If you are a fan of cycling training, from what I've read so far, I would recommend this book.
