Oh crappola… this whole book is a workbook! Now I want to buy this book so I can have my thoughts integrated and open for reference. Hmm. (Another book/journal to write my thoughts isnt an option. I have too many journals as is)

Really enjoying the tone of this book. It’s a breath of fresh air from the cheerleader-esque vibes I got from the last two non-fiction books I’ve read. This one has the perfect amount of knowledge and support.
