Status Updates From It Starts with Self-Compass...

The book is alright. On the first page, I agreed with some things the book have said. The book started off with comparing how we talk to other people compared to ourselves. For example, how we are usually kind, and comfort someone if they are need of help such as waking up late. But to ourselves, our first instinct is to say something negative to ourselves.
