Only the first chapter was something not for as it mentioned God in every other sentence. The rest of the chapters seem to rely solely on psychology. It’s a very basic read. Only mentioning things and surface level reasons to go about these situations. Describes them lightly which makes sense for the times of this book and the length.

I skimmed around the first chapter bc there was too much repeating of love god. The second chapter was much better as it was science & behavioral based. It’s very basic information so far though.
