I'm confused. Not even half done and already the big showdown? What's left to come?

I'm curious if the expanded version is better then the short story. The first chapter is promising.

There are literally three characters in this entire book.

Inconsistency. I thought Grecia's mate's name was Blake? More noticeable in a shorter story.

I hate when authors use descriptions like "the male" "the older lupe" in a sentence such as "Tucker felt drawn toward the lupe but he wondered if the male would still be attracted to him if he blah blah blah"

I like the book so far, except for that the bad guy is introduced and killed all in the same chapter.

Tucker's too overly obsessed with this "submissive" thing. All his protesting has me convinced that he's a closet sub in extreme denial because he thinks submission is weak and God forbid anyone insult his masculinity. *rolls eyes

I think Stelian's entitled to his doubts as to Tucker's determination to go through with the mating. I mean, he'd just spend who knows how long denying it. Now, he's suddenly all for it. Ah, forgive me if I sympathize with Stelian's reservations.
