Again, Nadler style seems to be action pack in the beginning, mindless filler in the middle as well as most of the end and action pack with a cliffhanger at the end.

I honestly would space out while reading the middle and felt like I missed nothing. I wish her writing / storytelling style was better.

Also, not a fan of the name Naomi after Brittany's dad "Nathan" I would have thought Natalie

When Brittany and Tommy shared Naomi passed away, at first it was shocking but as the text continued (in standard font style) you grasp it's a dream just based on how it reads.

Overall in general when a character flashes back or has a dream they should be italic text, but this isn't always the case. I understand it's kept as regular text for dramatic purposes to "trick" the reader but it's confusing at times.

There was a shift in POV as if from a narrator. It talks about fate striking three times (meaning all three couples) and how news would test/destroy then all. Then it jumps into the usual POV we are use to from a character. I don't know, it threw me off a little. I think Nadler is trying to add a different kind of dramatic element/mood

I don't agree with Naomi's name "Naomi Stephanie Williams" other than the last name, she carries nothing related to Tommy or his family.

The dedication in the beginning was very thoughtful and touching "To all of the families that struggle with fertility and premature babies, your strength inspires me."

Such a dream that was...it had me in tears, but it was just a dream. Keep fighting, Baby Girl!

Once again, this family is fighting for one of their own...the littlest member of their family, and hoping for a much needed miracle!
