This is giving me 90s, teen angst, coming of age, romance movie vibes with a side of magic, and I dig it.

Are you a fucking idiot?!!? Wait, I know the answer!! This book is fucking ridiculous and I’m so glad I got it as a gift bc otherwise I’d be pissed!!

So your dad was involved in money laundering with the mob, he got a conscience and decided to end it, he then came clean and agreed to work undercover for the feds, your mom loved the money and the lifestyle AND fucking around with the mob, and then told them your dad was working with the feds to bring them down?!!? Seriously?!!? Oy vey!

// Sweet book if not a little dramatic! Insta-lovey but hey, it’s all good once in a while, so this is a nice chance of pace. A cleansing of the reading palate of you will.

Oliver and Emrys together...ah, it stirs some memories. This is the first time in a while that a book has struck so close to home for me. Their banter reminds me so much of me and Dan.

Good set-up so far, and the star-crossed lovers are heartbreaking.

Doesn't work like that. SMH... There are so many holes in this plot device... *sigh*

So I went to class, went to work, did a lot of reading, worked out at the gym, volunteered at an animal shelter for a while because animals...they don't stab you in the back or talk shit to you. And they're great listeners without giving you any crap about your decisions or your whining.
