Team Jeff all the way

i love post apocalyptic romances but i’ve yet to find one that’s blown my mind. they’re all always 3 star reads :(

🤔 not bad for a fast-paced and easy read

Hey, look there's a guy that's standing in the middle of the road bleeding. I'll pull over and rummage through my backpack to help him and still act like I'm a tough girl that knows what she's doing. WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE DONE IS NOT STOPPED IDIOT!!!

I just want to finish but I have to wait until tonight!

*Spoiler* Okay, so that first kiss made me smile ear to ear for a good 15 minutes. Whoa! The description of Chris makes it all the better. A muscular military man... mmhmm! It is possible I will finish this book in 2 working days, flat.

I really like her attitude & humor, but some parts are annoying. Like when she talks about her car, she always refers to it as her "Mustang." We get it, you have a cool car. This gives off a little too much arrogance from the character, which I don't think matches well with who she is. But I really like Chris. His character is described very well, even though he seems to have a matchbook temper.

Loving the smart-ass character so far.

"You don't think this whole EMP thing was a plan?".... Seriously she's just now considering this. The MC has some damage control in the next few pages because her intellectual status just went from naive to dumbass.
