Happy Valentine's Day! :-) Let's spend a portion with Arthur Read and friends.

I'm fairly confident in my assessment, but I'll take one more read before I finalize my review. I always have fun with seasonal reads by Marc Brown.

I'm liking this book more than on my first read. Marc Brown crafted some nice holiday stories in the Arthur Adventures series. I was privileged to meet him and get a book signed at Anderson's Bookshop several years ago.

I think I get this book a little better now. One more read before the first draft of my review.

Only the cover is re-illustrated to keep up with the evolved look of the Arthur universe. The interiors remain as they were in 1980. I need a second read to fully sort out the story in my mind.

One of the earlier Arthur Adventure books, though this version has updated artwork.
