This book is literally so bad in every way but I need to note that I'm only just now beginning to highlight the especially weird/ problematic stuff so just know that my review will only have quotes from the last 2/3s of the book and there was tons more that I ignored bc I thought I could just ignore it and not have any solid examples but I can't anymore
