Status Updates From A kastély

I’m slowly getting a grasp on the story although I have so many questions as I read. I looked up that this book is part of a three part series about acceptance and loneliness. I think I would need to read the other two to fully understand the nuance of emotions going on especially with K and the whole deal with the village and the castle. Going to continue.

Reading this whilst wading through NDIS compliance admin and the tedious onboarding process for a mega-corp .. it helps you shake off the absurdity and get some distance. I think Kafka actually presents a more optimistic view of where bureaucracy + capitalism ends up : (
