I really can't decide whether in a world of mages a witch hunt is or isn't realistic. As in, there are some mages that get branded as "witches" and hunted for religious reasons by other mages.. Actually, people are stupid so it's more realistic than I'd like it to be.

Fredy is so flirty with Sage that almost make wish this was a MMM with them and Gideon. Almost, because they still cousins.

This kind of books would benefit so much from having a double POV. Cause I'm getting tired of Sage and I'm pretty sure that hear from Gideon is more interesting right now.
