I don't think this needed to be divided into parts tbh

This book feels dangerous because this kind of work should be done with a qualified professional and not some random ass nun

Unless our protagonist and Frankie are going to have lesbian sex later I don't care about their relationship deepening I don't give a shit about this girl's mommy issues and how Frankie is going to be a mom standin

I know the point is gonna be that a felony doesn't make you a bad person but I do hate that the protagonist is currently like "he can't be a felon bc he's a good person."

This fully did not need to be divided into 3 parts
It's 358 pages
It could've all been one part

Also most mental health inpatient units can and do know how to deal with non-suicidal self harm
Very weird to imply they don't

Yeah so actually the fact that Frankie isn't a liscenced counselor and is running like a mental illness work camp in the mountains is actually really bad
Like protagonist's dad is being a dick but he's in the right lmao

It continues to be very weird that every chapter ends with "share this chapter with your friends!"

I really appreciated this novel. It addressed some real issues we face in our broken world from a biblical perspective without sugarcoating the issue. I appreciated the dialogue between the main character and her thoughts. While I haven’t struggled with the same issues as the protagonist, Nancy Rue and Rebecca St. James made her very relatable in terms of addressing my own struggles. That makes a great story!

Does the author have any experience at all with bears bc every farmer I've ever met would fire a warning shot even if you aren't allowed to actually shoot the bear.
The noise is often enough to scare them off

This is a lot of words to have the not-really-a-nun character admit that she has no qualifications and that this "therapy" intensive is just a way for her to get free labour from mentally ill people

This character is milking a cow. The word she's looking for is "nipple" or "teat"

The fact that every chapter ends with a thing that's like "share this chapter with your friends!" Continues to be insane and annoying
