I am interested enough to keep reading, but I believe this book was published without the benefit of a proof reader or editor. There are a LOT of incorrect words, words that are spelled correctly but are not the correct word for the sentence -pour when pore was meant, sow or sowed when sew or sewed should have been used. There are enough of these that each one is jarring enough to disturb the flow of the story.

"alter"..."altar"
"infarction"..."infraction"
"sight..."site"
Sigh..I'm catching at least 3 spelling or just wrong word usage errors per percent. WTF.

Did you seriously just use a noun as an adjective? Who edited this thing?
