The book of the universe is distressing, pessimistic and claustrophobic. The result is a gloomy and bleak portrait of humanity in which we see how existence is nothing more than an eternal loop made of guilt and desire since man in his desire for discovery and conquest only ends up destroying and devouring. The composition of the tables is absolutely incredible and modern (in 1969 Tezuka was already 100 years ahead).
