Status Updates From Without Bloodshed

I still have no idea what is going on. There is a lack of clarity here. Endless conversations with blurry context. 57% through and I don't know what the plot is! What do each of these 100 billion different characters want? I keep believing reading more will clear things up.. Not helping.

Dialogue from chapter 9 summed up my feelings so far. One asked the other: "What’s going on?"

Sadly, I responded: "No idea."

I'm sick of reading about lips brushing things. I'm sick of over-sensualised characters. I did not sign up to read about furries! New characters introduced every few pages. Stop! too many.

Will keep reading.. but there is a lot of redeeming to be done!

Good prose & good humor. I'm enjoying this. LOTs of characters and I'm having trouble distinguishing them all. Excellent dialogue marred by missing pronouns. Don't know who's talking! Imaginos, I hope, will reappear soon; opening scene was excellent, but haven't seen him since. Mash-up of cyberpunk, kill bill, Jessica Jones & Spinal Tap for measure.

Enjoying this story a lot - but the author definitely need to start using the past perfect tense.
