Okay i can be understanding to a certain extent but Noelle is being such a bitch, it's breaking my heart

This book has great premise but not so great reviews. I usually don't let bad reviews sway me too much because what one person dislikes, I might like, but I'm still a little apprehensive going into this. I hope I like it!!

Well, so far it seems historically inaccurate, and the things the main characters did and got away with was wildly inappropriate for the time. Also, it seems like when Hope assumes the role of Lady Noelle, her entire self changed, including her thoughts. That kind of transformation should take much longer than an evening to happen. I’m still reading, but I may put it down soon.
