I'm only 2 chapters in, but I need to note that I dont fully agree with how this author defines trauma. She uses examples of what an unpleasant event is but isn't trauma, as if this would apply to everyone. Something that's merely unpleasant to me can be incredibly traumatic to someone else. It's not all or nothing.
