Status Updates From Sleeves

This book is definitely interesting, that’s for sure. I’m definitely still confused, although I’m leaning more toward an experiment than anything Fantasy oriented. I’m wishing that there was more back story or interaction between Kel and Casey before their “session” because it seems WAY too fast and “gushy” for the little amount of time they’ve spent together.

I’m very confused, but intrigued at the same time. I can’t tell if this will be a fantasy novel with Kel not being human, or if it’s an experimental situation where he is a super soldier, or something similar. And something is up with Casey’s friends, too. What is up with them convincing Kel she is a good person and giving him her number?!?!?!

Dark and disturbing?!? On what planet?!? When the h describes the H as: "Oh God, he was torturing her with his cuteness." -- I don't know whether to (*face-palm*) or (*eye-roll*)

(Mandatory EYE ROLL) "You’re so filled with passion and have such a deep capacity to love, it’s overwhelming. It’s beautiful, Kel. You. Are. Beautiful. Inside and out, and I hope to have the chance to get to know you better.” --- UMM...somebody drank the koolaid cuz if she got all that outta the crazy that is Kel and this plot...she's the one on drugs. Just sayin'

I couldn't get to grips with this book so it remains unfinished for the time being unfortunately.

Started out like I pictured it and took a curve not too long after that. I like it so far, I'm hoping it doesn't let me down. A big scene is starting....

Yep. Lookie there I finished it lol It was a mess but the second half sort of made sense? I don't know it felt like she back herself into a wall and made shit up or used 'they erased my memories' to explain it away.

Ok, so, they gave more information. The author actually is doing a piss poor job of helping the reader out, I can see why people are like WTF? At the end. Me? I'm an avid reader not average so I'm unraveling shit. Or I'm just making my own shit up for this to make sense lmao! Could be either at this point.

I'm trying to figure out why the hell I'm still reading this. It honestly makes no sense I can't even tell what genre this is. Maybe I'm hoping for answers? *headdesk*
