I am on the 🐺 side of this argument. Vervain has treated Trevor poorly, in my opinion. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I think Trevor should be allowed some time for self reflection. He needs to decide IF he can realistically deal with these issues & what his hard line is. Vervain should give him the time to do so. Not an unlimited time but an agreed upon time out & a date to discuss the findings.
