Obviously I don’t have kids, but I do want to be more intentional about the time I spend on my phone (hence why I’m putting my phone down and reading multiple novels a week). I’m learning a lot about how technology affects kids AND adults, and why it’s so addicting, and how to overcome that addiction

This is very interesting to me so far. I don’t have children but a lot of my family members do & I have formed my own opinions on children with smartphones & so much digital access.
