I'm off to a slow start. Isn't it apropos that I have a difficult time staying motivated for reading a book on motivation? Crazy times are these though. I am looking forward to reading it as I have enjoyed it so far. I know I have much to learn.

Expert advice from Olympian Jeff Galloway: "Drill 1 rehearsing success...Be realistic and positive...rehearsing through them, but always getting through with pride, satisfaction and a great sense of accomplishment.
Don't get me wrong, I never said I was training to run, but there are some pointers I can use focusing on discipline and training techniques used in other areas of physical training.
