Status Updates From Burn

I really enjoyed reading the book. Stand or Surrender. That's what life all about. Stand against anything the threatens your peace of mind and surrender to love and all things good.

Because I'm a vulgar heaux, I never knew cunnilingus could sound so boring. This moment has made me go meh. It's amazing. I don't like dirty talk between people, but I don't like flowery descriptions of sex. I'm too complicated. I want descriptions damnit! Also, I'm not feeling the chemistry. I like the characters fine, but that spark is missing.

Never trust a man who prefers Welch's over champagne. That's a sure sign that he's a psychotic dumbass with no taste. Welch's. That's a sign of a person with no dignity at all. Either drink booze or don't, at least don't drink kiddie drinks. Jesus Christ. My parents used to get that for me when I was 5!

Ugh! Cinder's poor fashion sense gives me the sads. It's like L.L. Bean and Chico's had an unfortunate baby. That capris ensemble is making me feel a little nauseous. How anyone can sleep with a person that wears a pair of khakis and a boring white button down and have the nerve to pair it with a black headscarf and big sunglasses is beyond me. No fashion dignity at all!

This is my first time reading this author. I like her writing style so far. Really easy going with a lot of care. Thanks Good Reads friends!
