I doubt I'll finish this and it'll not go towards my reading challenge. Some of the attempted lines in it are nauseating.

"Her hair was damp and combed back from her face which looked like it had been carved from a slab of delight". - Give me a break.

"She leaned towards me and her cleavage hung between us, obvious but unmentionable, like the death of a child." - What the fuck??
