My book group host said, “This is deeper than Pooh so be prepared.” If you haven’t read any books on Buddhism - definitely- wtf. So far, I find it giving structure to the themes I read; definitions to concepts I’ve learned to understand. Normally; you read vocabulary and learn their definition; I find reading this book has become the opposite. You find words for what you’ve read.
