Except for the overly self-congradulatory introduction, miss-use of the word technology, and tendency to use metaphor and self-experince instead of fact it's a good book.
Has good insight and information on how to run an open event but falls short on digging deeper into why open events work. Also spends too much time on personal experience instead of technique and methods, which makes it entertaining at least.

Amazing tool. If you're a leader that can adapt, you REALLY should understand how and when to use Open Space!
