The first cause of depression and anxiety: not knowing the reality of life. The remedy is to know the function that one has been created for. The remedy is to know and be reassured that death does not mean non-existence. Rather, after death, one will live a second life, and one’s deeds will be displayed and judged. This is the remedy.
