I am reading this for the 2nd time. I read one meditations at a time. They can be so helpful when I can relate toTessa's experiences . I love the prayers at the end of each chapter. You don't want to read through this book at a fast rate. Read slow, ponder each section, and pray the prayer if it touches your heart.

They help turn my thoughts in the right direction. Each prayer she shares at the end of each entry helps me in my prayer life when I struggle with finding the right words.
