Your need is just the right environment for attachment. You are invited to cry out and watch Him respond.

Your responsibility was never to weigh the level of your need and decide if it was worthy of care. Your responsibility was only to cry out.

Without a cry, there can be no response.

Our attachment becomes more secure in community where our vulnerability is honored and our stories are safe.

You can’t be vulnerable or feel supported in groups over about eight.

We need thousands of experiences of attunement and comfort, peace and connection, before our first reaction to pain is to run home to our Father’s arms. We must grow into love.

We all need a safe pair of eyes to land in when we’re moving into fight or flight. We regulate our emotions through glances of kindness.
