This is like the second sentence she’s ever said to the man. It’s so freaking forced and over done and unnatural. I can’t do it. DNF @20%.

“Oh yah, I so excited to be picked next by our pretty lady. My name is Vili Rantala, and I from Numoland.”
The cringe is physically painful.

Villi might be the worst male main character I’ve ever read. He’s literally the shop keeper in Frozen but thin and with strawberry blond hair. “YOO HOO BIG SUMMER BLOW OUT”.

Also, “Numoland” is a terrrrrible name for a made up country.

Okay I can already see why I stopped reading this last time.
A. There was like no reaction when Lysse and Bailey-Rose saw each other. Just a hug and then Lysse tells her she’s his scent match…. Fell flat.
B. Why is every interaction so unnatural and long winded?? Nothing about the dialogue feels realistic in the slightest. Zero chemistry. Zero connection. It’s giving me to ick tbh.

Trying this one again, I’m in the mood for cozy right now. I started over because I literally couldn’t remember a single thing about this one.

Fmc has congenital heart failure? Sounds depressing 10 years down the line…

Read up to page 137 in the ebook (think I got farther in the audiobook)

Honestly not sure how I feel about this book half in half out.
Its super bubble gum sweet and its an instant love which normally is my Jam but this one isn't hitting the same.
I enjoy some of the characters but feel the female lead is a bit annoying in regards to her illness.
Even knowing that Randal and her illness are the story complications, I don't really see them facilitating this book needing a part 2.
