How did she not know Sienna and Bash were siblings? She said Bash’s name several times. Is Jovie dense?

I’m a tad confused as to what is happening…. I read Prey Drive and was hooked. As of now I’m thinking Prey Drive should’ve been a standalone. Maybe added an extra 100 pages or so.

Halen’s character took a “ 180 turn! Why is she trusting what Gabe who is known to be abusive said over her sister? Gabe came into Halen/Kennedy’s appointment and got violent with Kennedy but for some reason whatever Gabe said was true! I don’t like Halen. I loved her in Prey Drive but hate her in FP!
