Brooks goes to the marriage counselor alone. There is only one other mention of visiting this counselor - when they both are trying to fix their marriage, but the counselor says they’ve been coming to him for moths when Brooks mentions sitting there like he did moths ago… there are so many inconsistencies like this in the book.

There are so many writing errors in this book. For example Mrs. Evert comes carrying a cobbler and find a minute later she “shoves her hands on her hips.” Did she drop the cobbler to put her hands on her hips?

This book makes me want to hug my husband and shower him with affection.

Only a small portion of the way through but can already tell this is going to be hard hitting and amazing
